If you are not satisfied with Bubblegram within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

This applies to first-time paid subscriptions only. It does not apply to renewals or plan upgrades.

After 14 days

Refunds are not issued after the 14-day window has passed. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion for documented technical failures on our part that prevented you from using the service.

Cancellations and proration

When you cancel a subscription:

  • Your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
  • We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.
  • No further charges are made after cancellation.

How to request a refund

Email bubblegram@protonmail.com with the subject line Refund Request. Include the email address associated with your account.

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
