Overview
Bubblegram provides a chat widget that lets websites receive visitor messages in Telegram. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Bubblegram.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your API keys and account credentials secure. Do not share API keys publicly or include them in client-side code beyond what the widget embed requires.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Bubblegram to:
- Send or facilitate spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial messages.
- Collect personal data from visitors beyond what they voluntarily provide in the chat.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API or infrastructure.
- Distribute malware or use the widget on sites that host illegal content.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without notice in serious cases.
Intellectual property
Bubblegram, its code, brand, and documentation are owned by the operator. Using the service does not grant you any intellectual property rights over it.
You retain ownership of any content (messages, configurations) that you or your users create through the service.
Service availability
We aim to keep Bubblegram running reliably, but we do not guarantee any specific uptime. The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may perform maintenance or make changes at any time.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Lost revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from service downtime or errors.
- Messages that fail to deliver due to Telegram outages or configuration issues.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
Termination
You can cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. We can suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or for non-payment. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the operator's country of residence. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of those courts.
